The Bible dis not tell us where and how David began his career as a player of the Flute , it was in the wilderness when he was alone with the sheep . Instead of feeling lonely, complaining and cursing his father and elder brothers for being so wicked to him . He used the opportunity to improve himself and became a better person suitable for the king's employment . It is possible David only learnt the Flute and composed songs as a hubby and worship God . He never knew that a situation will arise where a player and a singer will be needed in the palace . Make good use of your time : improve on yourself whenever you have opportunity , remember no knowledge is a waste . Do not wait until you are asked during job intervview if you are computer literate before you go for computer training , learn it now. As a youth corp , you can register for professional courses to build up your curriculum vitae and be at advantage when standing with yourcolleagues for any job interview . Most times great oppoortunity do not come in silver or gold wraooers . They may come in envelops of thorns only the diligent and sensitive person will notice and explore them . The ability to see and take advantage of opportunities is a product of your mindset , therefore do your best to develop a sound mind Next

He is known as thefirst Christian Martyr . Stephen could have renounced Christianity and live . But it would have coused him the opportunity of reigning with Christ till eternity . Life is so precious and valuable than life itself . In today's study we shall allow ourselves to be guided by the holy spirit to discern the reason why we should not allow death itself to hinder us from reigning with Christ .
